ROLE OF AN ESTIMATOR
The estimator is one of the most important positions in a contractor's organization because it is up to him/her to prepare estimates that will either make or break the contractor. The estimator must determine the the costs and duration of a project and whether it is profitable or not to a company. An estimator must rely on the use of construction plans and his own experience in the industry and published data and sub-quotes to prepare reliable estimates.

Our Business
We specialize in construction estimating services and construction management services.
Our staff is highly skilled consisting of Structural Engineers and Project Managers specialized in all levels of construction. The sole purpose of our service is to provide our client with accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates during the bid stages.
In the planning stage we help owners eliminate and reduce unnecessary construction costs by coordinating with the A & E with the development of the drawings. We review the drawings create a budget with the owner and advise the A & E on system selection. This helps greatly reduce the costs upfront and ensure the owner he is getting the most bang for his buck. It also helps prevent potential risk factors that may be encountered during the construction phase such as set backs, overruns, and change orders. If the estimate was well thought out and correctly reflects the actual project costs, the chances of the project being profitable is increased.
We prepare complete quantity takeoffs and hard bid estimates for commercial, institutional, and industrial developments.
Our main focus was originally in concrete construction, but since our conception we have broadened our horizons to all trades in construction.
